Catching up with cousins!

Once again we spent a lovely morning/afternoon at the ranch. This time we were joined by Kara and the boys, Andreas & Athan. We missed my brother being there, but we had a great time with the three of them!

Fourth of July

On the 4th we took the boys to a local Fire Station where they got to spray the fire hose, take a ride in a fire truck and have lunch. The captain there is Tom Weiss, husband of Adam's high school English teacher. We always enjoy seeing them and Tom is great with the kids. Drew and Luke also loved playing with Sparklers and Pop-Its. :)

Summer fun continues!

We are still loving every minute at home! Adam and I spent 5 days in Portland this past weekend and had a great time catching up with family & friends. On Monday Adam went skydiving with his brother as anniversary gifts from the wives. They had a great time. I would be lying if I said it wasn't nerve wracking from the ground. There were a few tense moments until I finally saw the chutes open. Now that we're back in Roseburg, we look forward to more swimming, golfing and playing outdoors this week!

The wait to jump was long. After a 30 minute training, they had to wait about 2 1/2 hours before heading up in the plane.

Reunited!

For the past three days, my dear friend Lindsey and her family have been in Roseburg with us. We had a great time catching up, laughing, talking, eating ice cream out of the carton, drinking wine, and watching our kids play, play, play. The four boys went non-stop all weekend long. We created memories to last a lifetime.

From playing around Dick and Vicki's, to the river, swimming, fishing, Wildlife Safari, BBQ's, and bowling...we had a blast with our friends! This is what SUMMER is all about!
